Plastic Extrusion
Our dedicated team at the Standring Brothers has over 60 years experience at plastic extrusion and tooling.
From conception to completion, there are nine extrusion production lines running on 24-hour operations (able to put through from 25 kilo per hour up to 120 kilo per hour), creating a quality product to fill your requirements in the best possible time.
Offering a variety of colour additives, such as UV protection and anti-fungicides, and many different materials to choose from, including:
- Polypropylene
- PVCU
- Styrene
- EVA
- Thermoplastic Rubber
- HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
- LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene)
- Nylon
- HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene Sheet)
The plastic extrusion is tested using our own 'go / no go' gauges before being sent out for customer approval.
